Description
Client services represent the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses’ products and services. They manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person, maintain client records, and address client complaints. Their duties also include providing clients with technical product information and general assistance.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a fast paced sales driven environment .
- Knowledge of company setup and business formation is highly advantageous
- Ability to produce ideas for the customer and the department
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
