Cloud Administrator
Sometimes things stop working when we least expect it. You are here to jump in and deal with emergencies. Quick thinking and perseverance are the key for problem-solving and trubleshooting in this role. You maintain the infrastructure and functionalities of our company’s Cloud structures. 5CA’s Cloud Administrators are here to help our community, while working alongside Engineers to make sure that the structures are functioning like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities
- Administrating the cloud system and providing back-end support
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of systems
- Communicating and collaborating with the team to ensure effective use of all services
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintaining infrastructure systems including deployment of new projects
- Improving & deploying new infrastructure including automation
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk or a similar position
- 2+ years experience working on Windows Server and Active Directory
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Cloud (Azure, AWS, G-Cloud)
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and a drive for learning
- Strong and clear communication skills, good team spirit
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10/11
- Microsoft Powershell, SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Linux Administration experience is a plus
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
