Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Contracts and Project Control team to coordinate with the clients to follow up on outstanding invoices/approvals, etc.
• Visit client offices, maintain good working relations and pursue and follow up vigorously for all outstanding invoices/approvals.
• Maintain good record of all follow-up and submit periodic reports to management.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any Engineering field (or equivalent).
• At least 5 to 7+ years of related work experience preferably from an Engineeering company.
• Strong coordination, persuasion, written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic language.
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
