Responsibilities
- The Commercial Director will be the link between the Board of Directors and the market with a constant eye on the business outlook proposing new strategies for market penetration as well as maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- The role will oversee the Sales Managers and guide them so key opportunities are targeted, and the business stays ahead of market trends.
- The role requires collaborative cross department relationships to ensure an aligned business vision and strategy and will work closely with the executive team.
- This position requires the employee to work on full-time basis from the company’s office in Sharjah and will require travel as needed to meet role requirements.

Requirement
- Leadership of Sales division and oversight of its performance. Overall accountability for all company commercial activities utilizing solid relationships with a client/supplier network across the Middle East.
- Develop a comprehensive commercial strategic plan working closely with operational and marketing teams and advising the board of new opportunities and territories for expansion leading the diversification of Our Client product lines in the market.
- Manage the commercial budget and spend against potential growth opportunities in the market.
