Description:

As a Commis Grill, you will be preparing and cooking Lebanese cuisines. You will accurately grill meats as well as perform other duties including plating and garnishing of cooked items. You need to maintain all recipes striving to further improve your knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
• Sustain the consistency of our recipes of our brand
• Take the full responsibility of your section by preparing the mise-en place, always maintaining the cleanliness, and supporting your team in the kitchen
• Monitor chillers temperature, expiry dates, and checklist filing
• Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelines
