• Strong expertise in vendor governance and vendor risk management
• Strong expertise in IT/Technology/Digital contract T&Cs, including agile ways of working
• Proven track record of successfully managing and fostering positive vendor relationships towards obtaining the required business objectives
• Excellent verbal & written English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good numerical and analytical skills
