Digital Self Service Manager (for UAE Nationals Only)
Purpose of this role : You will be responsible to create, implement, monitor and enhance the digital roadmap in the area of self service on the digital platform with focus on retail and call center deflection to digital.
1. You are required to create and maintain the digital services roadmap based on market insights, customer needs and reasons for retail stores visits /call center calls.
2. Create & present the Business Cases for digitization/automation work
3. Create user stories for new initiatives and align with UX/UI design team closely for implementation and delivery
4. Prioritize initiatives based on budget, resources availability and financial indicators
5. Reporting and measuring the performance of the Digitization initiatives implemented
6. You will be responsible for creating online user journey and optimization to improve conversion rates and achieve set KPIs along with ensuring the marketing campaigns are driven to drive adoption
