Responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude.
- Ability to direct and coordinate and build teams.
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project.
- LEED AP or similar.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams.

Requirement
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, design, marketing, business, graphics design or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience within the wayfinding, architectural signage, or related design industry in the built environment. Experience in a leadership role with P&L responsibility preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling, visualization (Rhino etc.), and graphic softwares; Revit strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and in depth understanding of BIM best practices and standards contributing to the implementation of BIM best practices in the development of projects from inception to final stages.
