As a Driver, you will do more than facilitate our guests’ safe and efficient transport – you will be an ambassador for your hotel, your city and our exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Owning the front driveway, assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service.
Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage to and from guest vehicles.
Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities.
Work closely with Airport Concierge, Bell Captain and Executive Office.
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.

Requirements:

Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities.
Service focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
Previous experience as a Driver preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
