Responsibilities
- Represent management of the hotel outside regular office hours, overseeing front office colleagues during overnight shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures by front office colleagues.
- Manage the JI loyalty program, including addressing pending points and conducting training sessions.
- Attend daily handover briefings and departmental communication meetings.
- Monitor daily booking situations and handle guest bookings in case of overbooking.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and entrance areas, coordinating with Housekeeping, Lobby Ambassadors and Concierge as needed.

Requirement
- Assist team leaders with tasks such as checking registration cards and group check-ins.
- Document major incidents and important guest feedback in the report.
- Regularly check and maintain input standards (guest profiles, market, source, and channel codes), reporting any issues for improvement to the Assistant Front Office Manager.
- Conduct appraisals and Bi-Monthly Feedback Sessions as directed by the Front Office Manager.
