Description:

The EA will work with the cross-sector GA&P Senior Director to drive flawless execution of cross sector global, cluster and in-country strategic programs. They will manage the project scope, timelines, budget, interdependencies and risks. The EA reports directly to the cross sector Senior Director Emerging Markets, Government Affairs & Policy – EMEA.

Responsibilities:

Anticipate the executive’s needs and collect/prepare information for the executive
Exercise sound judgment and discretion while independently assessing and resolving complex situations
Communicate effectively and articulately with all levels of the organization
Demonstrate a high level of flexibility, professionalism, along with the ability to manage and respond to multiple priorities and shifting demands while maintaining a sense of urgency, confidentiality, and a high level of intensity that the Government Affairs & Policy organization requires
Perform advanced and complex administrative responsibilities, i.e., independently compose correspondence based on knowledge of the executive’s intentions
Prepare documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature, maintain multiple complex and shifting calendars, execute rigorous follow-up by ensuring issues are resolved and projects are completed
Manage the logistics of meetings and events, including: complex domestic and international travel arrangements/itineraries, coordinating with local teams and offices on the ground – Venue sourcing and set-up – Collaborating with internal teams to create and distribute pre-reads and training materials – Tracking communications and gathering analytics -Tracking and monitoring budget, costs and materials – Strategic Project Management
