Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for scheduling appointment and maintain calendars
  • You will be responsible for schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • You will be responsible for prepare communications such as Memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • You will be responsible for create and maintain filing system both electronic and physical
  • You will be responsible for managing travel expense and perform bookkeeping
  • You will be the point of contact for Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, taking notes and minutes in meetings, ordering and taking stock of office supplies, being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Administration completed or in process of completion
  • Proven working experience would be an asset
  • Self-starter, motivated and result oriented
  • Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
