Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for scheduling appointment and maintain calendars
You will be responsible for schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
You will be responsible for prepare communications such as Memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
You will be responsible for create and maintain filing system both electronic and physical
You will be responsible for managing travel expense and perform bookkeeping
You will be the point of contact for Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, taking notes and minutes in meetings, ordering and taking stock of office supplies, being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Administration completed or in process of completion
Proven working experience would be an asset
Self-starter, motivated and result oriented
Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
SAP knowledge would be an asset
