Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis by reviewing and interpreting financial data to support decision-making processes. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Ensure compliance with data entry procedures and protocols.
3. Invoice Processing: Review, process, and reconcile invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded and appropriately approved. Address discrepancies and resolve invoice-related issues.
4. Expense Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses by verifying expense reports, tracking expenditures, and assisting in expense reimbursement processes.

Requirement
– 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, in a financial service related role.
– Strong analytical and numerical skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Basic knowledge of financial principles and practices.
– Ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
