Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Insurance Specialist at Delta Insurance Services L.L.C located in Sharjah. The General Insurance Specialist will be responsible for processing insurance applications, renewals and cancellations, resolving policy related issues, responding to client inquiries, advising clients about insurance options, meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirement
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse, interpret and explain complex insurance concepts and policies to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
