We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphics Designer to join The Marketing Boutique. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating and engaging designs that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages. Your creativity and expertise in graphic design will contribute to enhancing our clients’ marketing campaigns and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually appealing and innovative design concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, infographics, and presentations.
2. Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing strategists, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into captivating designs.
3. Take ownership of projects from conception to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of design assets.
4. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
5. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to clients’ brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a graphics designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
2. Proven expertise in creating visually stunning designs for various marketing materials across different platforms.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
