Business Relationship Management (BRM) Team will be managed/led by the Head of BRM. The team is responsible for interfacing with all of Nawah’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) users and business units to understand issues/needs and find solutions to enhance the quality, effectiveness and effeciency (value) of ICT Services.
