Key responsibilities include:
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retaining of employees
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and administer existing HR system
  • Implement learning and development policy.
  • Manage talent and succession planning.
  • Bridge managers and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
  • Process payroll and administer payroll records
Successful applicants will have/be
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or HR Business Partner
  • Local middle east experience is a much and Arabic language is an advantage
  • People oriented, energetic, agile and hands on
  • Highly collaborative and team player
  • Person who can deal with complex structure
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
