Description:

We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Modifying HR laws and regulations to enhance the work culture of the company.
  • Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
  • Creating a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
  • Conduct cost-effective hiring and sourcing drives to rope in suitable talent.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
  • Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.

Requirements:

  • Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve efficiency of HR processes.
  • Well-versed in abiding by the organization’s laws of safeguarding important employee data.
  • Excellent ‘soft’ skills (people management and relationship building).
  • Skilled in addressing employee concerns with utmost sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Passionate professional with an urge to impact employees and the company in a positive way.
