Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that all packaging or export order specific raw material procurement is done timely for each country based on their rolling forecast or orders shared by Sales teams as per agreed Leadtime
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team for timely submission of Art work, FG codes and Updated BOMs to ensure procurement of materials
  • Implement sustainable sourcing model for the packaging or export order specific raw material by expanding suppliers base for uninterrupted supplies
  • Ensure to have a localization option for imported packaging or export order specific raw material
  • Plan and execute cost saving initiative projects based on costing model by having detailed analysis of supplier’s cost structure
  • Control inventory especially Pack Mat inventory by following Phase – In and Phase – Out OR FIFO in case of any NPD or EPD and depleting SLOBs inventory
  • Calibrate suppliers based on supplier performance scorecard on the priority matrix

Requirements:

  • Preferably Masters from HEC recognized university
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, R&D and Planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP MM module
