Job Summary: Looking for an IT Consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as IT support engineer or similar role required
- Must have practical work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be able to communicate technical information to non-IT clients and colleagues
- Proficient in analyzing complex technical requirements and developing practical solutions
- Strong knowledge of IT principles including networking, systems administration, security as well as database management
