Description:

The ENTERTAINER is looking for a qualified Legal Counsel to cover maternity leave for one of our lawyers for a fixed contract period of 4 months. This exciting role works in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, HR, Travel, Finance and Corporate Governance teams assisting the General Counsel in managing all legal aspects of our international business/.

Job Responsibilities:

You have at least 3 years corporate commercial and/or in-house experience
You have a proven ability in drafting and supporting the negotiation of legal documents
You are confident in communicating with all levels of business stakeholders with strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
You have excellent written, drafting and oral communication skills with fluency in English
You have strong attention to detail
You can deliver clear and concise written and verbal advice in a high performing and fast moving business environment
You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment that will both support and challenge you
You have a solutions/can do approach to your work
You can deal with a large volume of complex issues & prioritise these tasks effectively to deliver to timeframes required
Experience working in a technology company (preferable)
