Position: Legal Counsel – Loyalty

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated newly qualified or junior lawyer (or someone with more experience looking for a new challenge) to join Emirates Group Legal team. This role will be reporting to Assistant General Counsel (Loyalty & Brand), supporting Emirates Skywards, Emirates award-winning frequent flyer programme.

Within this role, you will be working alongside the Assistant General Counsel in supporting all areas of Emirates Skywards from a commercial and contract perspective, covering an extensive and varied range of legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Recognised paralegal qualification with current certification, including, without limitation, qualification as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or Company Secretary, or a Law degree from a recognised university, the degree to include a course in Law of Contract (common law) and completion of Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification .
  • Specialised knowledge and experience in litigation processes, intellectual property laws and commercial agreements
    Specific to the DPO
  • Law degree from a recognised university Specific to Group Legal 8 years post graduate experience in a corporate in-house Legal Department or Law firm in the capacity of a Paralegal Adviser preferred.
