About the job

The Manager – Internal Audit t is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting the audit plan assigned by the Group Head of Internal Audit and provides advise on internal controls, governance processes and risk management. Ensure that Insurance House audits are conducted in accordance with the objectives laid down in the annual plan in an efficient and effective manner.

Requirements

Extensive experience with internal audit methodology and applying concepts in audit delivery and execution
Solid understanding of internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of controls
Solid understanding of Banking/Financial Services/Investments/Insurance industries (including key processes like execution, P&L estimation, valuation, risk management
Strong analytical skills particularly regarding assessing the probability and impact of a control weakness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence change
The ability to work effectively within a team, both locally and globally, share information, support colleagues, and encourage participation
