Strategy team within Talabat is a small, multicultural team of ex-consultants and industry veterans. As a Manager New Ventures, you will work on a wide range of high priority projects. In this role, you will get to work on challenging business problems – where to grow next, how is a strategic initiative performing and how to turnaround an initiative etc. Working with stakeholders from different parts of the business, you can expect exposure to different aspects of Talabat and interact with the senior leadership at Talabat.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the strategic direction and growth of our new ventures projects.
Create and implement innovative strategies to drive the success of new business opportunities, including managing the project lifecycle, and leading a team of highly skilled professionals.
Develop and implement strategic plans for new business opportunities
Manage the project lifecycle, including budget and resource allocation

Job Requirements:

Relevant education background, including MBA or strategy, innovation, or computer science degree from a top-tier academic institution
3-5+ years of professional experience, especially working with the strategy, business development or corporate development arm of a leading tech company and/or a top-tier management consulting firm.
Strong track-record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and developing & implementing recommendations
Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) – very comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
