Responsibilities
- Copywriting for marketing collateral and liaising with creative team
- Build and brief social and digital content, closely working with the videographer
- Manage content of social media pages
- Manage the use of property portals and provide analysis
- Execute quarterly marketing plans for each brokerage team and taking part in developing quarterly strategies
- Manage, coordinate and align with internal stakeholders (sales, design, etc..) and external companies to execute the marketing plan
- Owning marketing activities calendar and keeping track of projects and ensuring timely delivery of tactical and brand campaigns in alignment with partners
