You will be in charge of overseeing all facets of complex marketing initiatives and campaigns as well as contributing to the formulation of the Beond’s marketing strategy, online and offline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end to end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead cross functional team members to deliver projects on time
• Manage all aspects of multi-channel marketing initiatives across advertising, sponsorship, direct communications, social media, web content, and events
• Develop and manage content for various marketing pieces, including emails, web/ landing pages, articles, and other materials
• Understand content marketing and its role in driving engagement
• Analyze metrics and results from marketing programs and provide ROI reports to the Head of Marketing & Communication

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving and the ability to actively seek and propose solutions.
