We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Technician for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out breakdown and routine mechanical maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor (MECHANICAL).
• Responsible for timely servicing and repair of Terminals’ Mechanical assets owned or managed by EIL.
• Plan and carry out various predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenances following maintenance procedure, and providing timely work progress updates and Preventive Maintenance (PM) metrics as assigned by Supervisor / Planner.
• Ensure all maintenance routines are in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations and best industry practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Trade Certificate in mechanical engineering discipline
• Multi-tasking Skills acquired by experience. 2 years’ experience for diploma holders and 3 years for Trade certificate holders
• Ability to work in the hazardous environment with the required
• knowledge level and skills related to safety
