Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of their Office 365 environment. This key role requires an individual with technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, deployment, and management of the Office 365 environment
Ensure that the Office 365 platform meets the needs of the organization and its users
Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues with the platform
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for the use of Office 365
Manage the security and privacy of data stored in the Office 365 environment
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Office 365 with other systems and services
Conduct regular performance and capacity planning to ensure the platform’s continued stability and availability
Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities of Office 365 and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience with Office 365 administration and support
Azure Virtual Desktop experience required
Strong understanding of Office 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and its integration with Office 365
