To perform the responsibilities of the WPS Operations, support the Central Operations to ensure assigned operations are effectively and efficiently performed.Al Rostamani International Exchange is a leader in providing currency exchange and international remittance services in the UAE. Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Customer On boarding as per the procedure, and capture details accurately in the Core system.
  • File and retain documents for Customers on boarded at Central Operations
  • Process Card Holder Files, Salary Files and other relevant files and tasks in a timely manner, and accurately as per Customer instruction without any errors, mismatch of data and duplication or deletion
  • Process approved Refunds and Returns within the agreed TAT
  • Maintenance records relevant to the WPS Processing as per internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service is provided to internal Customers, as well as to external Customers dealing with the department
  • Maintain excellent working relationship with all Business Team/functions such as Sales, Relationship team and other Departments to address service issues
  • Adhere to all applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements related to Card issuance and WPS processing
  • Assist in preparation of Reports required for monitoring daily tasks and activities of the Department
  • Escalate issues and areas of risks to the Department Head and Management Team members as necessary
  • Process by validating the authentication of the ancillary service requests (Replacement/SOA/Dispute Claims/Pin rest etc.) received from branches/sales team/Relationship officers on cards services
  • Complete assigned processed related to WPS accurately and in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years in a Banking/Financial environment with WPS operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Exchange (UAE based experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Payroll and WPS Systems/Platforms.
  • Knowledge of Exchange House operations, specifically of WPS /Payroll.
  • Analytical and methodical approach
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Fluent in written and oral English
