Hands-on approach in driving Transformation Projects which are spread across functions and geographies to achieve the business objectives Hands on experience in managing the Business Performance via KPI design, periodic evaluation and budget management To deliver tangible and sustainable topline growth and/or bottom-line savings on Freight initiatives Ensure performance management in a Maker & Checker Model linked to the Global Aramex Strategy Report the performance business review to the C-suite for Freight across Aramex stations Manage and monitor project or program schedules and progress to ensure expected results are delivered on time and to budget. Maintain, adjust and communicate updates to project plans as needed to the customers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

This role is a key position in Global Freight & Logistics Transformation and Business Performance vertical, responsible for three business critical programs of Freight & Logistics program i.e. Presales to Customer Onboarding Cycle, Aramex Optimization Services, and Performance Management & MIS globally
The role will design, establish & monitor the KPIs and manage the performance of Freight globally
The role will have additional responsibility to drive client facing projects as part of the Aramex Optimization Services

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree a must, preferably Master’s degree
1-4 years with a successful track record in Business Transformation projects, Consulting, Data Analytics & Reporting
Client facing project experience (internal consulting or external consulting)
Demonstrated skills in driving operational efficiency and cost optimization projects
Experience in data analysis and statistical churning such as Power BI and Tableau
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be open to travel 50% – 70% of the time as per project needs in other regions
