As a OSCD Marketing Director–Region APAC (Asia & Pacific), you will be getting opportunity to work on an innovative role for Other Serious Chronic Diseases (OSCD). Navigate a complex stakeholder network, including LoB senior leaders. You will be responsible for implementation of strategic long-term cross-organisational marketing/strategic related initiatives and lead the cross-functional Launch Process Plans’ Reviews with affiliates, IO and HQ, supporting affiliates in market readiness and commercial planning. Support transformation initiatives (including innovation, digital readiness and multichannel/MCE integrated brand plan). This position will report to Marketing Senior Director, Region APAC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and adapting commercial opportunities and initiatives for future OSCD assets in Region Asia and Pacific. Drive cross-functional collaboration efforts to ensure mid-long-term strategic commercial perspectives are reflected in key therapeutic area development activities and business decisions, strengthening the regional voice in the overall IO planning for OSCD.
  • Monitor and challenge market development strategy (commercial, medical, access, etc.) with high business impact and provide strategic recommendations for improvements. Support the development of go-to-market strategies for each OSCD area by providing the APAC perspective.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to realize commercial opportunity in line with Regional and IO business priorities, identifying and analysing opportunities to support commercial success for future Novo Nordisk portfolio across key affiliates as well as ensure proper preparation for embarking the OSCD area.
  • Apply competitor insights and strategic assessments in recommendation towards brand teams, and generate insights via market researches for strategy development.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in the pharma industry
  • Desirable previous experience within NASH and/or Alzheimer Diseases or related to specialties linked to these diseases (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, Hepatologist, Gastroenterologist)
  • Knowledge gained by commercial, market access, business, medical position with experience and ability to work cross functionally
