Responsibilities:

Should have 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
Minimum 3 Years experience in Load Runner & JMeter.
Expert in Performance Analysis, design, scripting and Load generation for Client Server, Web based and API Applications.
Expertise in Load generation, stress, scale, Performance Bottleneck Identification, Root Cause Analysis, Regression Testing and Validation
Proficient in Load Test tools like – Load Runner, JMeter (Must Have)
Hands-on experience with any open-source load testing tool, such as Gatling or Locust
Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.
Build and maintain test data, tools and environments to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
Monitor and report on system performance metrics, identifying potential performance issues.
Identify and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
Creating and executing test plans, analyzing test results, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
Previous work experience as a test engineer.
Familiarity with testing tools including Apache, Selenium, JMeter, TestStand, and LabVIEW.
Knowledge of diagramming software including Gliffy, Microsoft Viso, and AutoCAD.
