About the job

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our Operations department. As a Pest Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all pest control activities within our 600+ properties. Job Responsibilities

Perform routine treatments and follow-up visits to ensure the effectiveness of pest control measures, monitor for reinfestation, and address any new pest-related concerns.
Keep accurate records of inspections, treatments, and recommendations for each client, ensuring all paperwork is completed promptly and in compliance with company standards.
Use various pest control methods and equipment, including pesticides, traps, and baits, to exterminate pests safely and efficiently.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify pest infestations;
Inspect customers’ premises to identify required measurement of the area in need of treatment pest problems.
Communicate with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations;
Adjust chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.
Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities;
Provide regular reports to management on pest control activities and outcomes.
Currently present in UAE;
Municipality approved valid certificate/license.
Valid UAE driving license;
Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field;
Good communication skills (both verbal and written);
Good computer and administration as well as software skills;
