Job Responsibilities:

• Make sure that the cylinders are properly sorted in the sorting area and placed in empty cylinders area.
• The cylinders baskets placed in the filling area should be to the respective gases and loading and unloading the cylinders should be done with the proper ramp.
• Prefill inspection to be carried out for valve damage, cylinder damage, color code and product identification stickers.
• Operating the pumps and tanks for cool down operation and vacuum.
• All the cylinder number with batch to be recorded for traceability batch sticker to be fixed.
