Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and performance of the product.
  • Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on the product based on insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Define core and value-added service features for different customer groups (retail and institutional).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and analysts to define features, functionalities, and user stories that address user needs and align with the product strategy.

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or crypto space.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading, and investment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
