Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and performance of the product.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on the product based on insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Define core and value-added service features for different customer groups (retail and institutional).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and analysts to define features, functionalities, and user stories that address user needs and align with the product strategy.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
