Description:

To support the Centrepoint Business Excellence team with the execution of all transformation projects. Track and engage the relevant teams to deliver high quality projects and add value to business. The individual would be responsible for leading several key projects which ensure that the stores receive clear communication and support key trading events to ensure the critical path is maintained and executed in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

Program management for key projects
Responsible for leading improvement projects related to store operations
Stakeholder Management, both internal and external
Deep Diving into issues and resolving them
Review of Reports and preparation of MIS
Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
Conducting UATs for all System Improvements / Implementations

Job Requirements

Knowledge of ERP (Qlik view and ER) and Ms Office
Problem Solving / Go Getter
Communication
Stakeholder Management
Analytics
5-6 years of experience in retail store operations, inventory management
