Our client is a well-established high-end interior fit out and joinery contractor.We are recruiting a Tagalog speaking UAE experienced project manager from the interior fit out and joinery industry to join their Dubai operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the manufacturing of interior fit out fittings for high-end residential and commercial new build and renovation projects.

 Requirements:

• Accountable for managing high-end residential and commercial interior fit out projects from design through to handover to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget.

• Project manage the entire lifecycle from design, materials, equipment and resource planning, construction, snagging and handover.

• Develop detailed project execution plans based on the client brief, budget and agreed timescales.
