Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to maintain a neat and organized appearance.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a record of visitors and their purpose of visit.
- Provide general information to visitors and assist with inquiries.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Order and maintain office supplies and keep inventory records.

Requirement
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
