Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining a welcoming and professional reception area. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a high level of professionalism and organizational abilities. This is a full-time position with a pay range of AED2000 to AED3000 per month.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to promptly.
Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate staff members, and take accurate messages when required.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the staff.
Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing doents.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff members.
