IIQAF is looking for a Reconciliation Officer to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling and tracking accounts, analyzing financial information, and taking effective corrective measures to avoid discrepancies.

 Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and reconciling accounts in IIQAF’s financial system
  • Checking financial documents for accuracy
  • Investigating variances and discrepancies
  • Preparing and interpreting financial reports
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure timely payments
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Resolving customer inquiries

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in formulating and executing financial practices
  • Well-versed in accounting and financial data analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial systems, including the use of accounting software
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure
