Position: Revenue Manager
Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses, evaluates and implements revenue generation strategies to ensure the maximization of revenue.
- Conducts Yield meetings. Establishes demand calendar for rooms, conference and food and beverage outlets.
- Monitors group ceilings with forecast demand and approves all group and meeting request outside of the specified guideline.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within Revenue or Yield Management.
- Skills: Fluent English is required, any additional languages are preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player. Leadership skills. Numerical and analytical skills .
