About the job

• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales.
• Identify and research potential clients, Develop and maintain customer relationships ( existing and new customer relationships )

Required

• Self-starter with excellent Customer management skills
• Result oriented and relationship savvy.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• 10+ years of Techno Commercial experience in or similar ( Flavor, Stabilizers, Emulsifiers, any intermediatory RM for Food, serving large corporate houses dealing in Chocolates, Dairy, Food and Beverages
