About the job

Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales.
Identify and research potential clients, Develop and maintain customer relationships ( existing and new customer relationships )

Required

Self-starter with excellent Customer management skills
Result oriented and relationship savvy.
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
10+ years of Techno Commercial experience in or similar ( Flavor, Stabilizers, Emulsifiers, any intermediatory RM for Food, serving large corporate houses dealing in Chocolates, Dairy, Food and Beverages
