This is a full-time on-site role for a Russian Speaking Off Plan Agent at Maison Capital Real Estate located in prestigious Opus tower in Business Bay. The Off Plan Agent will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities of off-plan properties to Russian speaking clients, preparing sales documents and marketing materials, negotiating contracts and agreements, and maintaining relationships with clients and property developers.

Responsibilities
– Fluency in Russian and English
– Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and sales skills
– Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
– Thorough understanding of the real estate market and trends in the UAE

Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
