Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective management and rollout of all S&D specific capability building initiatives across all countries
- Engaging the Leadership Team in Capability Programs
- Identify priority capability needs & develop customized solutions
- Developing the annual capability development program
- Manage Administration & Logistics of Planned Training Sessions & Workshops
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience with sales and Learning & Development Background.
- Minimum of 02 years of Sales Capability & Development in the FMCG industry.
