It is pure sale based job role and key to growth only depends upon you. You will have to accomplish assigned target in a very well manners. . This is a very interesting role where as ambassador of company you will be interacting with a lot of online/physical customers.

Responsibilities

·     Attend the sales inquiries through walk-in customer, website, WhatsApp, mail or call

·     Generate sales leads while building and maintaining a relationship with key personnel of prospects and existing customers

·     Deliver product demonstrations effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

·     Educate customers on the latest updates, features and discounts

·     Attend to and handle customer inquiries, issues, complaints and feedback

·     Any other assigned tasks and responsibilities

Requirement

• Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
• Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
• Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
• Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
• Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
