Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Actively seek out and engage customer prospects within the HORECA.
2. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and forecasting.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
4. Product Presentation: Present, promote, and sell products using sales techniques to existing and potential customers.
5. Customer Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HORECA industry, with a focus on Protein items.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; Russian language skills are a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury premium dining sector is highly desirable.
- Valid UAE Driver’s license
