We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling products to the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and nursing homes. Experience in selling hygiene and health products or systems will be a significant advantage. The candidate should have an established network of clients and possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment, with specific knowledge of infection control operations, KPIs, and general health requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry and other relevant segments.
• Achieve weekly prospecting KPIs through activities such as cold calling and scheduling discovery appointments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with infection control officers and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to hygiene and health products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling products to the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and nursing homes.
• Strong existing network of clients within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment, particularly infection control operations, KPIs, and general health requirements.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• UAE driving license is a must.
