Job Responsibilities:

• Assessment of utility patterns and energy profile based on remote energy monitoring to prepare report and provide recommendations on most energy and cost efficient solutions.
• Conduct historical utility billing and facility benchmarking analysis.
• Performing regression analysis based on variables impacting energy and water consumption in commercial buildings.
• Assist the team in auditing activities, data collection and analysis for on-site energy audits that are focused on mechanical system, control systems and lighting energy efficiency opportunities.
• Hands on experience on energy measuring equipment.
• Conduct site visits for feasibility of Solar PV system including residential and commercial buildings and generate reports.

Job Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
• Knowledge on HVAC system, energy efficiency and solar PV system.
• CEM/CMVP certification is Mandatory
• Strong written and oral communication skills for customer interaction and report writing.
