Description:

We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales representative to drive sales and guide our sales team. The senior sales representative’s responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Sell products of the organization as per the set targets and norms.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide them with relevant information about the product/services to achieve target sales.
Develop business processes and personal relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Monitor sales achieved versus target to proactively initiate corrective actions to ensure the set targets are achieved.
Ensure the timely delivery of the product to gain maximum customer delight.
Responsible for sales planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through rolling forecasts and converting them into timely orders from customers.

Requirements:

University graduate
7 years of relevant industry experience with 3 years in a similar role.
