Description:

Senior IT Manager for delivering IT strategy and capabilities of data analytics, business intelligence, IT support, architecture, and security. The person will be reporting to Head of IT, he will be responsible for rolling out IT strategy, standards, and opportunities for digital innovation and building a platform that connects external partners, customers, and services. It is critical for him/her to build strong and productive relationships with all business unit leaders.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the IT leadership team, prepare detailed project plan based on the agreed strategy.
Deploy the cloud strategy for business unit hotels.
Provide inputs on the strategic plan to the Head of IT and help draft the plan.
Proactively advise the IT leadership team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the overall company and the business unit.
Continuously scout for partners who can provide relevant services to the business.

Requirements:

He has participated actively in IT strategy workshops in his current organization.
Able to work collaboratively with diverse leaders, communicate an IT vision and strategy across all levels of the organization.
Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with flexibility.
A high energy executive; tenacious and passionate about reaching the goal, while keeping ego in check.
